Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, there is a non-refundable registration fee of $50 per individual student or $90 per family of two or more.

Is there a payment due at the time of registration?

Yes, the registration fee is due upon enrollment in order to secure your student's place in the program.

How do I make payments?

Tuition will be paid monthly via auto-draft from your debit or credit card through the website.  Payment is due on the 26th of each month for the up coming month.

For Example:  October tuition will be auto-drafted on September 26th.

No cash, checks or money orders will be accepted.

Can I pay for more than one month in advance?

Yes, monthly tuition can be paid in advance.  Please complete the contact form on the website to request an invoice for advance payment.

Will August, November, December and March be pro-rated due to school closure?

Yes, these months will be pro-rated according to the number of weeks that after school programming is provided.  Rates will be updated on website.  

Single day school closures will not be pro-rated.

What if I only need services once or twice a week?

F.A.C.E.S. of success does not offer part-time rates.  In order to secure a space in the program full monthly tuition must be paid.

Is there a fee for late tuition payments?

Yes, there is a late fee charge of$10 is payment has not been secured by the 1st day of the month.
